"I was referred to Palette Pro from a friend who had seen their work and was highly impressed. I called and spoke to Sophie who gave me as much information as possible and asked me to send pictures of my kitchen cabinets. She said Rodrigo would get back to me with a price to have the cabinets painted. He was very timely in sending me a detailed email with exactly what would be done and the cost. I sent a third of the cost as a deposit the end of March 2022 and work began the middle of May 2022. I was told that Adrian was going to be my painter and that he would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am. The Palette Pro van was parked in front of my house at 8:15am! Adrian Jr. and Adrian Sr. arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started removing all the cabinet doors and hardware. All the relevant hardware was left on the adjoining shelf. Except for the machinery they used, they worked as quiet as 'church mice'. Once the doors were removed, they were taken back to Palette Pro for refinishing. Adrian Jr. said it would take approximately one week. One week later both gentlemen were back and on the job before 8:30am to paint the fixed cabinets. They METICULOUSLY taped paper and plastic drop cloths on everything not to be touched by paint. They started painting in the afternoon with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of the color the following day. They returned on the third day to replace all the doors, hardware and remove all the drop cloths, paper, tape and their equipment. There was NOTHING for me to clean up only to replace the kitchenware back in the cabinets. I cannot say enough of the workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and friendliness of these 2 men. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Thank you Adrian and Adrian and thank you Rodrigo for sending them to do my kitchen! A job extremely well done and second to none."
