"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. "I had cabinets built for a laundry room. This man's work was excellent. He gave me exactly what I asked for. I showed him a picture and he made it. The price was excellent. I shopped around and got quotes from other cabinet makers and his price was HALF!!! of the other quotes I received. In addition to building the cabinets I had him paint and do ceramic tiles in the laundry room, which were great as well. I am pleased with his work. On the negative side if you are a stickler for a person being on time then he will annoy you, because he is never on time. But on a positive note he will work late in the evening until the work is done. I would definitely recommend this company."

"OJ Woodworking was hired to do what I described above in a rental unit.  Mr. James, OJ Woodworking arrived and immediately got to work. The job ran over (as all jobs do, not my first at the rodeo) but he stayed way into the evening until the job was finished.
The new tenant, "LOVESSSSSS" his apartment, and if he is happy I am delighted, thanks to Mr. James.
