"These professionals truly saved the day with our cracked skylight. They worked fast, and now it looks brand new. I?d trust them again for any skylight issues. Excellent workmanship!"

"They were really thorough and paid good attention to detail. They were very good at explaining their recommendations and why it would lead to the best long term outcome. I didnâ t feel overly pressured to accept the expanded scope of work proposed. We were initially looking to do skylight repair and replacement as well as fix a broken gable vent. But when the skylight and flashing were removed, Top Royal discovered all the plywood around it was rotted because the existing shingles had been installed wrong. They showed my wife and I exactly how they were installed and how they should have been installed to prove out they werenâ t making it up. They even offered to stick to fixing the damaged part of the roof. But they were honest that the original quote was ballooning because of the wood work now required. They worked out a fair price to fix the damage and replace the rest of the roof as well as all our skylights so weâ d know it was done right and we wouldnâ t have to do it again for a long time. There were small little extras that they didnâ t do - for example replacing the skylights made a mess inside the house that they didnâ t offer to come in and clean. But aside from that they were thorough and professional, and in watching them work I do have peace of mind that the job was done right and will last."

"Independent Home Improvement replaced my skylights. I was super impressed from the get go. Incredibly professional team, polite and productive. Would definitely use them again!"

"Altin is the bestâ ¦ He came right away to give me a quote for the replacement of two skylights. He also followed up on the quote to see if I had any questions or if I was still interested in hiring his company. I just had a good feeling about him. Iâ m extremely pleased with the job he did and I will definitely use him in the future. Great craftsmanship and pricing."

"Brian and his team replaced my roof, gutters, installed gutter screens, and replaced rotted wood molding. They were professional and kept me informed on the progress of the job with pictures from their drone. They were not the cheapest but based on the excellent work they did repairing siding after a storm a couple of years ago, I selected them to do my roof. I may have them build me a new deck and repair my retaining wall in the future."

"Garden State Roofing and Chimney replaced several Skylights on my property. I am so thankful for their amazing work. The clean up was impeccable no debris at all. Would definitely recommend their services."

"After discovering a leak in our attic, we contacted Jersey Construction Experts for help. They responded quickly, found the issue, and completed the repairs efficiently. Their team was knowledgeable and honest from start to finish. If you need roof leak repair in Newark NJ, emergency roof repair NJ, or residential roofing services in New Jersey, this company is an excellent choice."

"Ernie was on time. He found a crack in the frame of my skylight, which was damaged we a different contractor replaced my roof. Instead of trying to up-sell me, EAD found the problem, tested his theory, and repaired the crack on the spot. I canâ t thank EAD enough!"

"Enri was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with at every phase of the job. I would highly recommend him and his team for new roofing work or repairs."
