I didnâ t feel overly pressured to accept the expanded scope of work proposed. We were initially looking to do skylight repair and replacement as well as fix a broken gable vent. But when the skylight and flashing were removed, Top Royal discovered all the plywood around it was rotted because the existing shingles had been installed wrong.
