"Even though problem not caused by EverStone, Rick (1 of owners) came over & screwed in metal plates over all the cracks then covered plates with tape & an adhesive. Next day 2 men came over & installed brand new floor. Following day they put a gloss over new floor - all at no cost to me even though floor wasn't under warranty & developed cracks because of concrete shifting. He also took photos & documented his work & sent to Waterproofing & concrete company. EverStone is an A+ company dedicated to customer satisfaction & standing behind their product. "Dan was a great contractor. He was fair and honest from the beginning with the estimate, the scheduling, updates as to when he was going to start the job and through the whole process of tearing out concrete and pouring. Everything was spelled out on the estimate and in writing. Any extras he might have to do was in there so there would be no surprises when he was doing the job. Ended up we need a lot of extras but we knew cost and were no surprises when we got the bill. He was on the job everyday so no contract employees to deal with. If he had questions about what we wanted he asked and we worked out the details. We made some changes on the fly and he was able to do them. We had bad drainage pipes and he needed to put on new ones and we knew the cost before hand. So it was easy to tell him go ahead because Dan knew if it was not done he would be back in couple years to fix the concrete again because the base would fail due to water under it that is the homeowners responsibility to do. He ended up adding 190 feet of drain tile we did not think we were going to need when we started the project but we ended up needing it because our drive collects all our water and the neighbors yard water. The driveway actually flooded overnight as he was removing the old concrete so it need all the drain tile to make it last. I have to say our yard has never been drier. We made the right call. He also recommended how we should do our sidewalk to eliminate steps and make it look great. We are so happy with Dan’s job that we recommend him for anybody wanting new concrete. He is a great guy and he is an honest man. We would have him work here again if we need more concrete poured. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed in his work."

"Frank recently came out to waterproof my century home in Lakewood and to install an egress window in the basement. From start to finish, the process was easy. He came out for the estimate and looked over everything thoroughly. He gave us estimates for various contingencies so we could budget accordingly. When he and his crew arrived, they took great care to protect my neighbor's driveway and worked very efficiently to dig the first trench. When it came to the drain tile on the driveway side, he saw that we were tied into the incorrect sewer line. We're having our porch replaced and had already completed demoltion, so we were able to save a few bucks as we had him repair the tie-in rather than install a sump pump. All told, the job took two days. Frank was always willing and eager to answer questions and let my wife take pictures during the process. We feel that we were billed fairly and there were no hidden costs or fees, save one. We didn't know until we made our down payment that there would be a 2% credit card fee. However, in looking back at the estimate, he did indicate the fee. So just read the fine print. Post waterproofing, we have definitely noticed that the basement is a lot drier. We were also given several straight days of rain to really test it out and it's holding up very nicely. I would heartily recommend using OnCall. The crew is professional, skilled, and easy to work with. The entire experience has been top notch."
