"I needed a new roof and new gutters for my house. I tried several other local roofing companies but either they did not show up for an estimate or after giving me an estimate they did not show up to do the work. With the Fall Season coming on, I needed someone to help me out before the Winter came. I checked Angie's list and called "Home Exteriors - The Window, Siding and Roofing Experts." One of their Sales Representatives, Gary, came to my house, wrote up a detailed Installment Contract with final price and he assured me his Roofing and Gutter Crews would be out to take care of my roof. I must admit, I had some doubts about them showing up, due the poor experiences I had with prior contractors. I received a call several weeks later letting me know that the Roofing Crew would start work on the coming Monday. I took some time off during lunch on that Monday to drive by my house to see how the work was going. I did not stop to speak with anyone, I just wanted to see how they were progressing. When I got to my house, I was amazed at the number of guys that were working and how efficient and organized they were. True professionals that really worked well together. I went back to work and when I came home later in the evening, the equipment and supplies they needed to finish the job were neatly organized and the entire yard was cleaned up. When I came home on Tuesday, their work was done. The roof and flashing looked perfect and my entire property was cleaned up, no debris anywhere. The technicians that installed the gutters came several days later. They took off the old gutters and installed seamless gutters in a couple of hours. The work was done quickly, everything looks even, no leaks, perfect!!! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a replacement roof. From start to finish everything was top notch."

"I was leery of getting a new roof. Our house is almost a hundred years old and had asphalt shingle over the original wood shake. As Matt (owner of MAP Construction) explained to me, when you tear off a wood shake roof, you have to completely re-deck the whole thing. In our case, that would mean almost 90 sheets of plywood. I had heard horror stories about roofing contractors and how unprofessional they were. And getting a new roof is a big scary-- your home is opened up and vulnerable for the few days it takes to complete the job. I was also worried about the high cost of a new roof. I had put away more than $20,000 and ended up spending a lot less. So I decided I would get 5 or 6 estimates. Matt responded first and came to our house at exactly the designated time. He spend over an hour and a half with me and my wife, answering all our questions. We didn't get any additional estimates. The whole process went exceptionally well from estimate through clean up. The whole crew was courteous, timely and a pleasure to be around. Matt checked in every day, returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. In the end, the final bill was exactly what was estimated to the penny. I would have done the roof 3 or 4 years ago if I'd known it would be this easy."

"Excellent everything! I highly recommend them. The salesman was very knowledgeable and actually walked the roof before advising us on what would need to be done. He pointed out soft spots that would have to have replacement wood. He was prompt, friendly, and knew his product well. The crew was very courteous, hard working, and did a very impressive meticulous clean up. They protected everything that could be damaged and were very careful not to drop things onto my extensive gardens.The price was very competitive and follow up was quick."

"To begin with, this company is amazingly responsive. Robert was my roofing consultant. With every issue or question I had, either Robert or someone from the office got back to me very shortly. Services performed were a rebuild of the chimney top (roofline up), total roof replacement (architectural shingles), and replacement of the front gutters and downspouts. The estimate documents were very professional and thorough and the prices reasonable (which I had verified by the Heritage Home Program, a non-profit consulting organization for people in my area with homes older than 50 years). The work was actually done last May, but I waited to write the review until the roof had gone through winter conditions because I experiences a myriad of problems with the previous roof which I had replaced about 12 years ago (leaks, detaching shingles, staining). Overall I was very happy with the results. The roof has weathered the winter well; no leaks or ice build-up. One thing I would have done differently is not have the work done while I was out of town (which I reluctantly agreed to). There were some issues (involving attention to detail) that could have been avoided had I been there, but the company addressed them as best as they could. They did a good job with clean up and debris removal. Once the job was complete Robert covered the area with a large magnet to retrieve dropped nails on the ground. I would definitely recommend and use S. Bradley Roofing in the future."

"I am very pleased doing business with Zemco. Kim is an excellent coordinator with excellent communication skills. I explained the problem we are having and she immediately scheduled an appointment for Brian to come out and evaluate. She also asked us to take the necessary steps to avoid water damage inside the house until he is onsite. Brian stopped by in an extremely rainy and wet weather to assess the problem on our high roof. He also did a thorough exam inside the house and around the chimney looking for the source of water leaks. He wanted to make sure that we don't have plumbing leaks. He is straight forward to the point, and even complimented the status of the roof, without trying to sell or providing unnecessary services. Came back on a dry but windy day to fix the problem. He wanted to fix before rain moves in again. He was very punctual and explained everything he needed to do. He found lots of rust and cracks/openings on an old chimney-top and around flashings. He took multiple pictures on my phone to show the source of water leaks. He sealed the top of the chimney and re-caulked flashings and the surrounding areas with high quality materials. The price was very reasonable and the work is top quality. I believe that Brian is a hard-working and honest business owner with top notch work ethics. This review also applies to another time I used Zemco to check for damage on rooftop vent pipes. He sealed all vents and flashings to prevent water leaks, and checked/cleaned gutters, and installed new metal water diverters on roof. No leaks whatsoever since. Yes I will call them again and yes I recommend Zemco to others."
