Our job required taking down a section of existing aluminum pool fence panels and posts to accommodate a shed, and then coming back to reinstall the fence in a new configuration after the shed was in place. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

He was the man that came up for the estimate and the one who did the job with his brother and dad. We called other companies for quotes and either they never returned the call or couldn’t come to give us an estimate for a week or longer! "Can't say enough about them. Punctual, clean,and courteous - and I am very anal about the clean part! Windows look beautiful! On a side note there was a closure of a major highway on route to my house that tied traffic up for miles - they were 15 minutes late and apologized profusely. I was expecting them to be much later due to the closure, so they really did make every attempt to get there on time. Great people and great company and now consider having them install siding and gutters
