"Very well. Since buying this home two years ago we've noticed that the A/C struggles to cool the house properly. The gentleman from Oliver did a full set of tests on the A/C unit and duct work and determined that nothing was really wrong with the equipment. He mentioned that it could be an issue with the mismatched duct work that the previous homeowner installed. He then asked if I had an attic fan and when I said I didn't know he actually went up in the attic for me and found that there was a fan there but the motor had burned out so the fan wasn't functioning. He took photos of the motor serial number and model with my iPhone so I would know what needed to be replaced. A few days later I bought a new attic fan motor and replaced it and now things seem to be working better when it comes to cooling the house. The gentleman from Oliver went way above and beyond what he needed to do and it was very much appreciated."
