"Fantastic, I am very happy. I have to admit that never having done this before, I was extremely concerned about the chemicals being used and probably worried about it more than I needed to. Steve was excellent about all my questions more than once, and the guys who came out were very helpful, too, wanting to do whatever they could to address my concerns so I was feeling better about the whole thing. I will tell you up front that if you have streaks, do use this service. It looks like I re-roofed my house!!! I cannot believe the difference. I had a great roof that had many years to go on it, but it looked terrible and affected the overall appearance of my home tremendously. Now everything looks incredibly clean and maintained because the roof is clean. About the chemicals, all we did was to hose down the areas where the downspouts were. I even had a beautiful, prized hydrangea bush that I was pretty convinced would be affected, but it turned out it was totally fine. And it was right at the bottom of a downspout. The one downspout that I forgot to pay attention to and hose down (which the guys do help with hosing things down, but I wanted to do extra) ... did have some grass that was affected. But it was only a small amount and even though I was super concerned about the effect it would have on my landscaping, it was nothing like I thought and 100% totally worth it for the outcome. I will work with Steve again in years to come when my roof develops issues again, and I am fully confident he will be in business because it's a great service and he knows how to meet his customers needs and concerns. Truly fabulously happy with this service and so glad I called him. I hated looking at the roof every time I viewed my house from the street ... but now I take my time pulling out of the drive just so I can look at how clean and amazingly new it looks. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Worth every single penny!!!"

"The roof turned out great once they finally showed up to do the work. They do not always show up when they say they will.response to do work was not acceptable, the dumpster has been setting in driveway for the last 3 weeks. I think we should charge them storage fees for them leaving it here and us having to park in the yard. <br /> The workers threw their cigarette butts in the yard and left them there. They also left staples in the yard and the driveway. <br />"

"Everything went exceptionally well. Jim came out when he said that he would be there for the estimate (can't say this about other contractors). He even called to let me know that he was going to be a few minutes late. He was very thorough so we are confident that the source of the problem has been found and fixed. He did excellent, high quality work and was a VERY clean worker. The work took more than one day, but when he left you never would have known that he was here. He cleaned everything up completely every day.As I said before, the work is VERY high quality. We are extremely happy and felt that his pricing was more than fair.
