"Upon removing the old flooring it was apparent that the subfloor would have to be replaced. While not their primary element of expertise they pulled together additional crew and completed the job. The pricing for the added work was fair."

"Hector and his team were quick and easy to work with for my new flooring. They also provided some places with excellent priced flooring for me to check out as well. Overall, I am very pleased and plan on hiring him again for the flooring areas that I didn’t do the first time."

"Awesome job! They were helpful in choosing the right flooring and installation was efficient and well done! Great customer service-obviously cares about his work!"

"I’ve been preparing my house for the market, and Michael Popkin has been a real partner. He has been enthusiastic and has helped identify areas of the house for improvement. I hired him to replace tile and grout in two bathrooms. He took out a wheel chair lift, replaced shower heads, and laid down new wood laminate flooring for two upstairs rooms. His rate has been very reasonable, and I’m proud to show the house he has helped make new."

"Pro Flooring Care did an amazing job! They removed and replaced the flooring my pets ruined. My home looks (and smells) new again. They exceeded my expectations by doing an exceptional job in just one day. They arrived on time, gave me a great price and made my home beautiful again. I am definitely using them to replace the upstairs flooring next. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends!"

"I wrote an earlier review just after my floors were installed. Some of the damage to walls that I thought was caused by the floor installers was not. It was done by another contractor who was in my home at the same time. We did have to wait a while for them to return to rehab floors in two rooms that were not replaced. However, they did a great job restoring our floors to their original beauty. I would highly recommend this company."

"Paiva contractors has done a lot of remodeling projects for us over the past few years and we’ve always been thrilled with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Lucas and his team. They built a beautiful tile shower and screened porch for us, as well as replacing our siding and exterior trim and installing LVP flooring. We will definitely use Paiva Contractors again and recommend them without hesitation."
