"Was hired to dig up and replace concrete patio...was told there would be no 'bird baths' puddles...needless to say the slab right outside the door will be an ice rink come winter...water does not drain away from the house...this he was told about...never come back to seal and patio had 'boogers' as he called it in the water drainage joints....was called multiple times and never come to fix...made quite a mess at our window well...we built a cover with screen to hide...we were at the point of seeing no integrity and taking the loss and move on...THEN...discovered a hole ...yes a hole.... again he was called said he would come and yet once again ...no call no show....should have went with the first red flag...his FIRST cancellation call to come and look at the job....actually said he wanted to go swimming...too bad...we kept giving him chance after chance to make things right"

"We contacted Greg at Omnipro to have pavers added to an existing backyard patio. Greg was great to deal with and his recommendation of which pavers to select was spot on. The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. Highly recommend."

"Overall they did a good job. The final product looks good and our interactions with the office and salesperson have been very professional. The installers called prior to arriving and were early for the appointment. I'm a bit disappointed that they left all of the lights on in my basement, as well as leaving my basement door, garage door, and backyard gate wide open. I'm not sure who traditionally walks out of a customer's house leaving it entirely open but that was a bit of a surprise. Also disappointed that even after a phone call we never received a quote from the salesperson for other work that we were hoping to complete."

"Anthony and his team did an excellent job. He responded to our request and completed the work within a week. He replaced a steel lintel above a patio door and pointed several places on outside brick including the chimney and replaced the cap. He was very straightforward with the cost and the contract. We really enjoyed working with him and will use his company again in the future."

"14 piers were installed and the addition was jacked back into place. They jacked multiple piers at one time. The cracks that had opened up between the addition and the rest of the house were completely or substantially closed. The addition was returned to level. The addition was lifted up to two inches. EFS delivered more than than they promised on the lift. They were able to work next to a deck that was about 6 feet away without removing the deck. One small disappointment was with the back filling after the lifting was complete. The addition is constructed with insulated concrete forms (PolySteel) with a brick ledge that extends out from the side of the wall. There is a drain pipe connected to the down spouts that rests under the brick ledge. The back fill was not sufficiently placed and compacted under and behind the pipe. The ground next to the addition later sank two to three inches after a heavy rain when the voids around the pipe were filled by wet soil. Overall I would grade the job as an A- because of the back filling."

"Mr Walter was too booked to get us into the schedule earlier than a month ahead. He called a few days before to say when they could come out. The crew showed up at 8am, 6 young men plus Mr Walter. I went over each section and what needed to be done. They went to work hard, took virtually no breaks, worked until 5 even though it was very hot, got almost all the work done. Everything looked wonderful and exactly to specifications. Mr Walter asked a few questions throughout the day to clarify what we wanted. At one point he trimmed a particular bush three different ways to see which way we preferred. He also pointed out bees and birds nests. We could not have been more satisfied."
