"Avelli Construction and Manufacturing Corporation, Ambridge, PA entered into a contract with my family to provide 90-feet of concrete for a driveway with a widening of the driveway from 25 feet to 32 feet at the road and installation of a 4" PVC pipe under the cement pathway to the side steps for electrical and irrigation lines. Avelli poured the driveway but did not widen the driveway to 32 feet or installed the PVC pipe under the sidewalk to the steps AS SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT. They are in breach of contract. There were only 2 components to the contract besides pour the driveway. Since then I have requested that they do the following: 1) Install the PVC pipe and fix the landscaping that has been done since the driveway installation. 2) Rip up the driveway entrance at the road on the right (if facing the house) and expand the driveway at the curb to 32 feet. Repair the landscaping that has since been installed because they did not do it correctly the first time. We paid Avelli $22,975 in good faith. They have made multiple excuses and refused to fix the problem. Do not use this unethical company."

"I cannot thank Nick and his crews for all of the work they did at my house and how beautiful it is. I had to attach pictures because words do not describe it. My job was two parts. Last year, I had Zach Schlinski, owner of 22 Concrete Designs & Contracting, remove and replace with stamped concrete the front and back sidewalks, back patio, steps and rebuild the basement wall and steps. Before that could be done, ALL of my landscaping needed removed on every side of the house. Nick got me on his schedule and within a couple of days, he and his crew removed all of the shrubs, trees, bushes, stumps, rock, mulch, etc. It was amazing how fast they worked and had it done so the concrete work could start. They hauled truckloads away (after 20 years of landscape, there was a lot!). During the winter, Nick designed the landscape plan. I didn’t change anything…he’s an expert! Nick is a person who takes pride in his work and is enthusiastic about doing the job as I was to having it done. I knew I had the right contractor. He and his crews just finished on May 29, 2020. It is BEAUTIFUL! Nick is very professional, courteous and accommodating. His crews are hardworking, fast, and polite. I could not believe the amount of work they did each day and everything cleaned up at day’s end. They also repaired and reseeded the side yard. I have a well and Nick was kind to bring a water container to help me out with watering. Nick, Patty and all of the crews, THANK YOU. You went above and beyond. It was such a pleasure to work with you and I look forward to working with you again."
