"It went fine. They were a little delayed because the weather was really bad. They did some overseeding but it didn’t work. Quality was so-so. I spent a lot of time and money watering my yard which was a waste. I will need to reseed again, which will cost me more money."

"The entire experience with Faodail was truly one of the best I have had when it comes to hiring someone to do work around the yard. Cole and his team came out the same day to provide a quote. He arrived before the scheduled time and provided a professional opinion and quote. I hired him based on a very fair price. He scheduled the day at my convenience. Cole and his team arrived early in the morning on the scheduled day. The weeded and edged all the beds before putting down the mulch. They put down a generous layer of mulch around every exposed part of dirt, even to the wall in an area that is quite large. The price was beyond fair and I know there is no way I could have done the work at the price he charged! Cole and his team left my yard looking better than when they arrived with spotless clean up and removal of all debris. Cole was super friendly and helpful and they practiced safe distancing and wore masks the whole time. I would recommend Faodail to anyone looking for great service at a great price!!"

"I'm very pleased how the new patio Tony installed turned out. There were delays and it took longer than expected, but as I found out there were things out of his control. We are currently living in different times. There were delays because materials were not shipped, but it was because of the limited number of drivers that were available. I did my homework, and it was a factor. Dealing with help being available was another factor. Tony did his best and performed most of the work himself. He was dealing with a lot, but pushed through it all. So I was unhappy because I felt the affects of what he was dealing with, but Tony was professional and easy to work with on whatever we wanted to design. Other companies that we met with wanted to force their design which frustrated us because they didn't want to hear or work with the design we provided. Tony offered suggestions when asked but drove the design we provided him. Tony did great work and very fair pricing. We also found other companies were price-gouging and wanted to charge a lot more for providing a lot less. Not only did Tony do a wonderful job on the patio installation, but he made sure the rest of the yard was fixed (better than when he started) and meshed with the new patio like it was there for years. I'm very please with the work he did and I'm already thinking of another project where I could use his services. "These guys are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a fence project. Prior to and during their work, there was great communication. Their price for the project was very reasonable and they were willing to make last-minute changes without a cost overrun. They were very efficient in completing the installation even while being hampered by rain. We were very pleased with the end product and will rehire them if the need arises"

"It's not a so good experience so far. I have not seen any ditches in my lawn at all and I think this year, I had the waterfall guard system installed and they came and did the irrigation. I had a sprinkler system and they did irrigation on top of it and two of my sprinklers had gone bad after that. I had to go and complain about it. It took some time but they now promised me that next year, they would fix it. Price is expensive. No quality at all."

"James came from Ohio to do a few projects for our non-profit organization. We have staffed residential homes for adults with intellectual disabilities throughout the South Hills area. We recently purchased a newer home for one of our houses, because our residents are aging and need a more accessible home. James and his teammate helped us with that. They helped install some handrails, installed a bathroom vent, closed off an old dining room into a bedroom, installed a split unit, and tore out a tub and installed a huge linen closet in its place. They were very professional through the whole process and we will be using them for many similar projects in the near future. Highly recommended!"
