"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Our dogs Buddy Buster and Radar love roaming our 10-acre farm. Unfortuantely, their hound noses often led them to off-limit areas, especially the road. After a near miss, we decided that their roaming days were over! After comparing the virtues of a wireless fence vs an wired underground fence, we decided on the wired version. Although going with DogWatch vs a and quot;do-it-yourself kitand quot; was 3-4x more expensive, we decided on DogWatch because of the: 1) quality of the product; 2) expert installation and 3) training for us and the dogs. It also didn't hurt that two neighbors used their services and gave rave reviews. <br /> Kyle and Chandler were outstanding. They gave us an estimate within 48 hours of contacting them and provide a no-hidden cost estimate. They installed the fence and transmitter about 5 days after we placed the order. The programmable transmitter is in the garage and very easy to use. They showed us how to set the correction levels on the collars and then walked the dogs towards the flags. I was very nervous about electric and quot;shock therapyand quot; so I tested the shock on myself. At the highest level (7) i felt like a pinch. A mild shock is much better than being hit by a car! <br /> Buddy was started are the and quot;tone onlyand quot; setting since he is nervous. Radar has an attitude so he was started at a 2. We walked them on a leash for about a week and then tested by letting them go off-leash. Radar had to be tuned up to 4 before he stopped running through. Buddy plateaued at a 3. At first they were quite indignant that they couldn't go where they pleased and Radar was quite the Drama Queen, even on the lowest setting. They have adapted well and know seem to know the boundaries. <br /> Overall, it was a great experience. The other great thing is that the battery life on the collars are great and the cost of battery replacement is much <br />"

"Two men from the fence company came on time in the morning. Before lunch they removed the post and two broken sections of the fence and the section with the gate. After lunch they completed the job at around 3:30 or 4 p.m. Even though it was hot, they worked hard to complete the fence. The fence is high quality and looks great. We should have done this sooner. <br />"

"They were great! It took no time to install the fence and give a training session. The installer was so nice and helpful! He was super sweet to our dog as well. He was right on time and worked efficiently. Every person I spoke with in person or on the phone was nice and courteous. "After a number of years of having squirrels getting into our garage and nesting there for the winter, we’d had enough. (There’s nothing like hearing squirrels scratching on the outside of your bedroom wall when you’re trying to go to sleep! They also were incredibly destructive, shredding boxes and chewing on several things in the garage, including the phone wiring.) We’d had another company come out before that caught some squirrels, but they didn’t get them all and never repaired the holes where the squirrels were getting in. Every time we patched the holes, new squirrels would come along later and chew new holes. So in November 2016, with winter approaching, we knew we needed to do something to keep from having another winter squirrel invasion. After reading the reviews on Angie’s List, I decided to call Rob Winters of Animal Control Specialists. We didn’t want to harm the squirrels; we just wanted them relocated, and wanted them to stay out! Rob definitely knows what he’s doing — he can design a cage set-up for wherever the critters are getting in, and makes sure to set it up so that the squirrels have to go into the cage to go anywhere. This year we not only had them on the garage side of the house, but they were getting under the eaves on the opposite side as well, and — after some trial and error on the one side — Rob was able to capture a total of five squirrels that had already set up housekeeping for the upcoming winter season. Rob came out promptly whenever I called to say there was something in the trap, and treated them kindly, taking them far away where they could live in the woods (and not in my house!). Once we ascertained that all of the squirrels had been removed, he patched up the holes that they had created (as well as patching a couple areas where birds had nested in the spring) and made sure that there was nowhere else for them to get in. While eventually we’ll want to do a more permanent rebuilding of the areas that were damaged, the patches that were done blend in well and were very effective at preventing any additional visitors. We managed to get through the winter and the spring without any more unwanted guests! I purposely waited to write this review until I knew that it really worked. I was very happy with the work that Rob did for us, and would definitely hire him again if needed. (Though I’m hoping we don’t have to!) If you want someone who can effectively and humanely remove critters from your home, and who sticks with the job until it’s finished, he can definitely do the job for you. I would highly recommend him!"

"built fence and looks good , however the old post were not taken care of as promised. some boards missing nails and have several exposed nails that missed their target.  <br /> worked late into the night using headlights of truck  <br /> always started later than agreed upon time causing some complaints of neighbors due to nail guns running after dark  <br /> still ave a few problems that were supposed to be fixed 2 weeks ago. <br /> owner will promise things that don't happen <br /> I gave him the time to make things right and now i will fix them myself tired of the broken record ( we will take care of that) <br /> he has my money now so I will fix the problems myself. <br /> look for a professional and save yourself  some problems <br />"
