"So, I start this review and let you know I'm an older man, very picky, concerned with the best outcome for a good price. I had the project done once by another (remain unnamed contractor) and was REALLY upset with the outcome. So, it was time to fix my mistake. I started my search and found Jaime of Reyes Landscaping who contacted me immediately and came out at once to discuss possibilities. Let me tell you a few things, he was personable, honest, ready to get to work almost the next day and I hired his company, and folks, I couldn't be happier. He came back if I needed something tuned, with a smile and attitude of it not being a issue. It wasn't an easy job and since doing it, I've asked him back several times to be my Landscaping\Gardening year round company !! If you're looking, look no further. Look at his other reviews. In a world of uncertainty, reviews should tell the story. And that's mine and I'm sticking to it! THANK YOU JAIME, hope to see you soon."

"Hendricks Landscaping absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! From start to finish, he was incredible to work with. He truly listens to your ideas, pays attention to every little detail, and then brings your vision to life even better than you imagined. He works fast but never sacrifices quality. He carefully selects the best materials, shows up when he says he will (which is huge!), and his pricing is more than fair for the level of work he delivers. On top of that, he’s polite, professional, and leaves the job site spotless every single time. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and hardworking — we couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Hendricks Landscaping!"

"Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"

"Blessing Landscapes is truly a blessing! They are professional, skilled and responsive. Maintenance is dependable and they have modified regular pruning of shrubs and bushes for my specific request, "a free-flowing" look in pruning. Design projects have been collaborative with several options given, photos, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"We contacted this company for a free estimate. Kody from K&M Platinum Lawn Care came out same day and we agreed on a great price for a clean up. They arrived next day and got the property looking spectacular in a few hours. Will be using them for more work. Professional and reliable! "

"Highly recommended. I would hire them again. Douglas is very knowledgeable. He not only did as promised, but added on work without taking advantage. His crew is excellent as well. Not only did the work how and when promised, but also top-notch quality."

FAQs for lawn care aeration projects in Beavercreek, OR

Aeration is the best way to keep your lawn healthy and vibrant. Annual aeration makes your lawn more breathable and helps nutrients reach the roots, improving water absorption and reducing puddles where pests might breed. However, timing matters. It's best to avoid aerating during droughts, extreme heat, or if your lawn is battling weeds. A local pro can help you determine the ideal time for your yard.

Most lawns benefit from annual aeration to keep them healthy and thriving. If your lawn has a lot of thatch buildup—more than half an inch—you might need to aerate twice a year for a couple of years to get it under control. But if your soil isn't compacted and there's minimal thatch, you might be able to skip a year.

When you hire a professional lawn care company, a standard 10,000-square-foot lawn takes about 30 minutes to aerate. Uneven, sloped, or especially large lawns can take significantly more time. So, depending on your lawn's size and condition, the process can take anywhere from half an hour to several hours.

The best time to aerate your lawn is during the spring or fall when your grass is actively growing and the soil has enough moisture. Aerating once in the spring and once in the fall yields the best results. Avoid aerating when your lawn is dormant or right after heavy rain when the soil is too wet—that can make aeration less effective.

Even if your lawn looks healthy, aeration can still be beneficial. If you have good growth, proper drainage, and little thatch, you might not need to aerate right away. Regular aeration helps water and nutrients reach the roots, keeping your lawn strong over time. Keep an eye on your lawn's condition to decide when it might need aeration.
