"Israel and his team were great to work with and I am really happy with both of the projects they competed for me. They replaced an old, failing retaining wall with a beautiful stone retaining wall with a French drain behind it. I showed Israel pictures of what I wanted it to look like and his team did an amazing job making my vision a reality. They were careful with my existing plants and landscaping and went above and beyond by moving and repotting a shrub that I was unable to move by myself before the work began. They also replaced parts of my backyard that had been removed by neighbors and built a beautiful new fence and gate out of cedar. "From the initial estimate to the finished fence this went very well. My entire back fence needed to be replaced and I wanted auto close on the gates. During the walk down, it was acknowledged that I had metal posts that could be reused and that some of them did need to be reset. I was quoted 3 days for the replacement. On the first day they got the old fence down and had all the rails up for the new fence and had started putting up the boards. When I got home the second day, the fence was complete. My neighbors were impressed with the speed and quality. The estimate was right on. I had a problem with the auto-close on one of the gates about a week later and they came out and fixed it."

"After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"
