"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. "The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"He was on-time, but was frustrated that there was no parking due to all the snow.  He was going to cancel, but we were able to find him a spot.  Initially he seemed a little annoyed with the circumstances, but ended up being really nice and helpful.  He had never installed a microwave before, so he was going through the directions along with me, but we got it up.  He patched up a hole we had, then a few shelves.  We ended up getting along really well, and he was kind enough to split his time within two visits, since we didn't have one of the items that we initially thought we would have. 
Overall it was a really good experience.  It was a rocky start, but after we got over the parking situation, he was professional, and really helpful with everything we needed from his end.
