Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. "They will do special requests for a fee so just ask. I've had them clean my lights in the hallway. The first cleaning is a very deep cleaning and covers all things like that but cost a little more.

They have been very flexible with me regarding my days and time although I am sure this can change. I am not a morning person and they've been accommodating.

I find them to be sweet and personable. But not overly. My son has practiced his Spanish with Lorena and they've been working with me for so long I feel like they become a distant cousin!"
