"I was disappointed that the company sent out two different crews to do the work especially because the charged me 130 just to ignite my water heater which needed to be done along with installing the shut off value. Then they wanted to charge me 250 for a shut off value, which is outrageous and another 250 to install a new faucet outside. again outrageous. I may have been able to overlook that if they had saved me the 130 to ignite the water heater. but they didn't. So I decided to find a more reasonable plumbing company to do the other projects."

The services provided were replacements of one toilet, three faucets, six faucet cut-off valves, two garbage disposals and one kitchen sink basket strainer. We furnished the new toilet and the three new faucets; the plumber furnished all other new equipment items and supplies. All of the work was done by Mario, a highly competent and courteous plumber. Our Doberman is not overly friendly to strangers, but he knew Bryan was cool! The customer service team at Watermark is always available to help, and they schedule your visit at your convenience. You even receive a photo of the person who will do the work, and a short biography. I will not search for other plumbers to work on our home.
