"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

We ensure that you get what you need when transitioning to solar energy. We know going Solar can be confusing, but we’re here to help make it as easy as possible for you.

"This is a horrible company, not only will they tell you it will run your whole house for a week if the battery backup is installed. Then you find out for 32k it will run the refer, microwave and a light. When you question them they tell you it can?t power anything on a 220V circuit. So you will burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter. The system won?t even produce enough power to offset the grid power you use. IF THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND TRY AND SELL YOU ANYTHING, get rid of them. I?ve saved a friend from spending 48k with this company. I have also contacted the NC Attorney General?s office along with the BBB. They promised to install a generator to run my AC and after the solar was installed, they said no one told me that. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND ALL YOU?LL HEAR IS CRICKETS. Oh and if anyone is dumb enough to use this sham of a company , they will send you a video and make you turn the whole system on without sending anyone. "

"He is real sweat until something doesnt go his way. I felt so uncomfortable. He just jerry rigged my door moving the latch over and it still would close. He then stood there and said I owe him $125. I felt so uncomfortable and threatened that I just wrote him a check. He then messaged me on messanger saying he was glad that he was able to fix my door and I just said thanks for fixing my door I am glad you could do it because I felt so threatened by him. I called him to let him know that the door was not fixed and maybe we could work it out for some of my money back and he screamed at me. I wasnt allowed to get a word in. He just kept screaming at me. I was trying to be gracious. I said you couldnt fix my door but you made a trip to my house so maybe we could work it out and he just kept screaming at me saying Dont you call this number again! I know customers like you!"
