Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. Overall, the system they installed easily meets their projections in terms of performance, and it effectively pays for itself. "Legendary did a great job installing a Tesla home storage battery. The workmanship on the installation was excellent and they left the work area as they found it. On installation day there was a problem with the new battery which had an unusual glitch (it didn’t work). Not their fault. They contacted Tesla right away and Tesla sent a new battery (which worked) in a couple of weeks. Legendary came back to install the new battery right away. They spent sufficient time to explain the app and how to adjust settings within the app. I purchased the battery primarily to connect to my existing solar for emergency use in case of power outages. Would highly recommend them and will call them in the future for repair and maintenance issues also."
