Pruned trees and bushes. Replaced mulch and recommended rock instead of mulch in some areas to help mitigate water issues. Also repaired stone veneer on our outdoor grill. We had new hardwood floors installed in 4 different rooms, our hallway, a wall removed to create an open concept in our home, professional painting, and vinyl floors installed in our basement. Vic, Kelvin, and Mark were always on top of the project and readily available for any questions or concerns we had. During the reno process we also encountered a problem with water coming through into our basement and Vic was able to get the problem fixed so quickly and efficiently to stay on our projected schedule. This job required engineering specifications, permits and inspections, excavation, and significant labor and materials. I provided Ray a sketch of what the final project should look like. Ray took care of everything to get the project going and to finish quickly. From the sketch provided, Ray assembled the engineering specifications and ordered the materials. No waste on this project as the measurements were Perfect!! The removal of the old wall and walkway happened in a day and was carried out with extreme professionalism and safety.
