My frustration with TruGreen came from dealing with them around billing issues. At one point, I had halted service, telling them I would not continue with their service until the billing current billing issues were resolved ... and someone came out to my house just a few days later. Since they frequently provide service even when residents aren't home, I was billed for THAT service, until I initiated ANOTHER dispute. ....The lawn care service itself has been quite good, so we have continued with the company while we watch to see if the billing issues resolve."

"The crew showed up on time. The work was performed from the street using a cherry picker, without putting heavy equipment on our driveway or property, as we requested. In addition to removing the overhanging trunk over our driveway and minor branches, the tree was sprayed to help prevent disease entry following the trimming, and fertilizer was injected around the trees. We had a coupon and were able to get a 20% discount which is reflected in the pricing shown. We are very satified with the work and the trees seem to be doing well since the trimming.
