"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

I like to use local people in the area. I called a couple of places and got estimates and talked to people. He came in with the best price so I said okay. I didn't know any different. I was satisfied with it. He made an appointment with me and he showed up here at my door in a monsoon. It rained so bad that I was sure he would call and cancel but no. First thing in the morning he was knocking at my backdoor and I even said to him that I don't mind if he want to reschedule. He did it. He cut down those two enormous trees in the pouring rain. I intended to help but he didn't let me out in the rain to help him. He loaded all the trash in the truck, hauled it away. He made three trips. He went home at one point and changed his clothes because he was so wet but he didn't stop until the job was done. That was my first encounter with Eric Lavalle and that just impressed me to no end. I had another issue with a branch, maybe a 40 ft branch hanging in about 8 feet off the ground on the side of my house from an ice storm. And I called and said can you do this? Everybody was calling but I was a repeat customer,. He came here the next day and said "I'll take it down now. I am really busy. I can't come back. Let me do it now. You are a repeat customer and I want to take care of you." I was impressed!. I can't say enough about that young man."
