"Having John clean the decks and driveway is now an annual event.  As long as he is available, I would not consider someone else.  He washed our large and small decks, checked the front steps and driveway and treated a couple of places for moss.  He last stained the decks two years ago and advised it would not be necessary this year.   I appreciate his honesty.   <br /> I usually try to have the decks somewhat cleared off but he started before I was prepared and he ended up moving plants and  BBQ and birdbath, etc., plus cleaning off the glass patio table.  His attention to detail is another point in this favor.   <br /> His work is excellent and I think his rates are extremely reasonable. <br />"

Tracy's came in a little lower, and I had used Tracy's years ago when I had a house painted in Tacoma, so I was comfy going with them. However, since then, they have really grown into a significant operation, and one that really knows how to get a job done extremely well. We then planned out the colors for one room at a time always referring back to the color palette as a whole to make sure everything flowed together. She always listened to my ideas and provided her input. I am very happy with the color palette we came up with.
