They all jump in and do what needs to be done and, if need be, call in extra workers who do the same. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and the work that they did for me. They excavated and disposed of my old driveway, walkway and patio. They poured a much larger driveway and patio, with the walkway staying the same size. The driveway was brushed and the patio was stamped. In addition, they removed, disposed of and rebuilt, using landscaping cement blocks, two retaining walls I had and built two other smaller retaining walls elsewhere in my yard. It was quite the project! They were professional, friendly, patient with me and my questions and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
