The attention to detail and perfection exhibited by Nimmer Co out shines the other company by miles. They took great care not to destroy my grass by placing plywood down as they drive their equipment around. "We contracted with AO handy after purchasing an Angie's List special for a masonry inspection.  AO Handy was the only mason that responded to a request for an estimate for the work.  Decayed wood had to be removed from the front picture window as well as affected 2x4 framing and flooring that had become moldy after becoming wet from a leaking window.  Before this could be replaced, a masonry wall had to be removed and then replaced after the wood was repaired.  Scott, the carpenter, was very helpful and diligent in his work, and did his best to get all the bad wood removed and replaced with new material.  He did his best to reseal the window so that it would not leak again.  Andy, the mason, did a good job of matching the new and old mortar in the wall and also to seal up the wall area against water leakage.  Although the work was not inexpensive, it appeared to me that many masons charge a lot for their services, and don't seem to be very interested in customer service.  Andy and Scott were different and did try to do their best on my job.  I would recommend them, but don't expect the lowest price for a mason's services.

"Ben Sullivan and his team were FANTASTIC!
They put on a beautiful roof and did not damage any of the plantings around the house. Ben's quote came in below the
other 2 companies we received quotes from and they completed all the work on
time. They also replaced 5 windows and they did a great job replacing the
rotten cedar and staining the interior wood to match the other windows in the
house. They cleaned and vacuumed every day before leaving the house.
Additionally, we have a cedar-sided house and they stripped and re-caulked the
siding and did a really nice job matching up the caulk color and being
thorough!
Ben is a great guy and a perfectionist; the guys he employs are equally great
and professional. I trusted them in my house, i appreciated Ben's suggestions
for alternative ideas (incidentally, we adopted his suggestions and am thankful
we did), and cannot say enough about the quality and ease of working with
Sullivan Exteriors.
The best thing i can say about working with Ben Sullivan Exteriors is that we
WILL be using them again in future projects...he is already giving us a quote
on another job!

"Over a period of 2 years, Zimmerlee installed a total of 33 windows on my 2 story duplex.   Some of the living and dining room windows were quite large.  Eight windows were installed in the fall of 2011 and the remaining 25 were installed in December of 2012.   I have had several winters to evaluate them and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the Ply-Gem Premium double-hung windows.   In once instance, Mike Zimmerlee pointed out a minor surface defect that I probably wouldn't have noticed, and obtained a replacement.   The crew was very professional and cleaned up well afterword.   They forgot to caulk one window in my rear hallway, but Mike Zimmerlee returned to do it personally when it was brought to his attention.  The Ply Gem windows aren't the cheapest on the market, but they are very well made, and my home is much more comfortable in the winter as a result of this improvement.   I would recommend this contractor to anyone.
