"Catlins has done plenty of work for me. Hauling, new landscaping, gravel delivery, carpentry including building a deck, installing sliding glass doors, and much more. Always quality, professional work at reasonable pricing!"

"I called Mike from Florida for work on a rental property. This is the second time he has done some work for me. The jobs were to Jack up and straighten a porch, clean out basement, shampoo carpets and repair a window. When we got back in May we went over to see how everything looked and he did a fine job on all projects. He stuck to his estimate which I thought was very reasonable. A very reliable guy who is gaining a good reputation."

I am highly motivated, and will do the job right every time because I take pride in my work. I can do any type of lawn care and property maintenance.

"Josh was fantastic to work with. Bill did my previous inspection in 2017 so I knew I had to call again. Josh was VERY thorough with his inspection. Pointed out every item he felt needed mentioning which was extremely helpful! The septic inspection was fantastic as well. Very neat and clean dig locations as well as information and recommendations moving forward. All in all I would highly recommend MCI to anyone anywhere! Extremely pleased with the results!"

"I had been trying for days to reach my regular lawn mower and my grass was getting way too long. Reached out to home Advisor and was connected with Jim from Pinkham’s Property Management. Jim showed up right away and did an amazing job. He is reliable professional and takes pride in his work. I am so happy at how my yard looks now I would highly recommend him."

"Perfect service. They were early and very responsive, answered all and any questions I had. Was very professional. The gentleman and his helper were very strong.. like, I have never seen someone just pick up a dresser and go! They were very punctual, they were very very good at their jobs, very courteous. I have never met anybody in the state of Bangor Maine who is more courteous and better at their job than this company. I would recommend, 10 out of 10, if I could, I would give him a hundred stars! I highly recommend Bob Young and his crew to come out for either your landscaping or your junk removal. Very courteous and he was not expensive, he works with you on a budget, he is just overall a great person and he has a great company. I highly recommend!"

"I will use him again."

"Set a fair price. Came when he said he was going to. Cleaned up after himself. Now it's a matter of wait and see if the fix applied works."
