(The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! "I had debated installing a new system for months. I shopped around; looked at reviews; and decided to go with Major League Contracting Services! The owner, Laz, came from Miami to my home in West Delray to give me an estimate. He said my current unit was too small, and that after 12 years it was time to replace it. We agreed on a price, and set an installation day. They came up on a Saturday and installed my new "York 3.5 ton unit." The air handler is in my attic so it was a tad tricky. After a couple of hours the unit was installed! The installers were very quick, informative, knowledgeable, and polite. Laz even came up and explained the work and even offered to file my registration with York.
