"I had the dryer vent cleaned 7 months ago by another company. It was clogged again. It is a rooftop vent. The other company only used an air hose to blow out lint from the roof. Dan cleaned the vent from the dryer up through the roof vent. There was a screen in the vent that should not have been left in there when installed, and Dan removed it. He did a thorough cleaning and put everything back in place. It is a small laundry area, so he had to move the washer to pull the dryer out. He did a great job."

"The flexible exhaust tubing from my dryer became dis-attached from the metal piping that vented to the outside and <br /> the dryer was spewing hot humid air into the air space above my ceiling.  Ron diagnosed the problem, found the location of the exhaust, cut a minimal size hole in the ceiling, reattached and secured the tubing and then repaired the access hole.  He also thoroughly cleaned the entire system, including the inside of the dryer.  He cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess whatsoever, and the drywall repair he did was excellent -- so good that you won't notice it unless you know it's there. <br />"
