"Connie has been helping me with housekeeping for about 3 years. When we recently moved 15 miles away from our previous home, I was not interested in finding anyone else. She obliged to continue with housekeeping services for me and even did an excellent move in and move out cleaning. She is very thorough, professional, honest and trustworthy. She uses environmentally friendly products and will do a totally green cleaning upon request. The beds are neatly made and the house smells great after she is done. I asked them for the courtesy of a response and nada. No communication whatsoever. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid and illnesses, but that did not work and is no reason for not communicating with a customer. Would NOT recommend."
