When they finally showed up, neither technician had branded apparel or business cards, which immediately made me uneasy. I explained that our fireplace shuts off randomly. The technician said there was a $500 diagnostic fee, but no charge if he couldn?t get it running. His ?diagnostics? were guessing it might be a bird?s nest (it wasn?t) and blowing into the pilot area. No proper tools were used. He left at 3:40 pm and returned at 4:09 pm. While writing the invoice, the fireplace shut off again. He then guessed it was the thermostat and quoted $1,200, saying the $500 would apply. There was no confirmation this was the issue. I later found the thermostat online for $86. The invoice states ?could not get it running,? yet I was still charged $500. Customer service showed no concern. Overall, unprofessional, overpriced, do not recommend."

"Buyer Beware. This company will give you a quote and then start raising the price while they are ripping your shingles off your house. I was quoted $5,950 but charged close to 7k. They also used old Wall flashing instead of providing new with my brand new roof. They also didn't do a repair on my garage roof because they were out of material/wood so they shingled over a large hole. That in time is going to sag! I contacted the owner Wade Bowman to let him know what his guy in charge did and as of now 8/12023 he hasn't corrected being overcharged or the terrible work done. I will change or delete this if he ever makes it right. you will know if you see this review still up avoid them. Bet if it were his house he would be throwing a Fit!"
