We saw the same type of floor that was installed on a Lani in 1998 and for the most part it looked brand new. It takes very little maintainance and can easily be cleaned by blowing off debris. Also, is non slippery and porous. There are several different color applications to chose from. We chose the red/brown/tan combo. Real pretty. <br />"
