"Deo went over and above with my project. I had ordered the countertops and sink. Once I had everything I let Deo know, and he came the next day. We had set up a tentative date earlier. So I was on the calendar. Any way the sink was to big and had to be reordered. He installed the counter tops. But had to wait on the sink. I live in Wisconsin and this project was at our winter home in Florida. I was heading back to Wisconsin on Thursday. The reorder was not going to arrive in time. Deo said no worries. He would pick up the sink and install it. The sink came in early. Called Deo he said he'd finish up what he was doing and come and install the sink. He did finished the job that evening and I flew to Wisconsin as planned the next morning."

He is now completing a spectacular screened porch with a handicap ramp. He has also worked to find the best costs/people for other things like a new A/C, an electrician, and a roofer. He went above and beyond to take down a huge, scary tree for me, as well as demolish an old shed. Any future projects I have will automatically go to AMV Remodeling. "Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. "After the recent purchase of our new home, there was no shortage of repairs and improvements that needed to be done. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes.
