"IFRC is fantastic to work with: responsive, professional, and thorough in understanding our needs. We needed a shower curtain rod installed into marble tile and a TV mount installed into a marble-tiled wall. I have included photos of the end result for reference. I realize they may seem like small projects, but as new homeowners, my husband and I were so nervous about drilling through marble. Both installations were done perfectly and precisely on time. I forgot the name of the colleague who performed the work, but he was fantastic, too. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."
