"They were not able to get the ductwork sealed as much as I would have liked, due to an issue with my ductwork somewhere in the walls, but that was not their fault; they were still able to get it sealed better than it was. I used to have a spot on the kitchen floor that was warm in the winter due to leakage, now I can't tell. That alone tells me they were able to do some sealing, plus the printout they gave me that showed leakage before and reduction in the leakage after treatment. (printout showed a 43% reduction in leakage). The men were careful to clean up after themselves and left me little to do to after they left. I was emailed photos from before and after the duct cleaning."
