"Highly recommend Cortez Roofing for anything roofing related."

"Everything went smoothly from the first meeting for an estimate to the installation and completion of the roof. The workers were very considerate of the property and owner. They were extremely efficient and professional."

"Bryan was great to work with. He was prompt, polite & personable. But he also did an excellent job. We bought a new home and part of the living room ceiling had an area where a repair had been made but never painted. Bryan matched the ceiling paint and covered the repaired area, saving us hundreds of dollars by not having to paint the entire ceiling. We will definitely use True Finish Painting for future projects. We highly recommend them."

"We were very pleased. It was a big project, they were on budget and very responsible. We trusted them and they did everything to their liking and everything turned out as we imagined. The thing I liked about them was they gave us a lot of input on ideas, they are very helpful and they were very responsible for doing work done on time and we have suggested to friends. I think they're very great. I would recommend them to anyone and I would absolutely have them come again for future work."

"If I could rate this company 10 stars, especially the professional attention to detail by Jeanie Katerba George and her crew, I would. It was such a pleasure to deal with honest, hard working, on time people. Could not have asked for a better experience."

"JB did a great job for us. He’s professional and conscientious. We hope we don’t need another roof so soon, but we would be calling him."

"August of 2026, I engaged the services of Denali Exteriors for a much needed roof repair. My contact was with Xavier. From our very first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He provided a detailed assessment of the condition of my roof (with photos), and my estimate listed several options for the repairs. As a retiree, I appreciate the flexible payment terms the company offered. The work on my roof has been completed to my greatest satisfaction. Based on my completely positive experience with Denali Exteriors, I will not hesitate to call upon the company for future repair projects on my property or refer others to them."

"Customer service is above reproach. From their first visit, they listened to what I wanted and needed. They not only did everything I asked at a very reasonable price but they also notified me of damages to my house that I was not aware of. Insurance covered all of the roof damage luckily!! I would recommend this company to anyone for any size job. IN fact, I have plans for them to do some window replacements and paint the entire house later this year or next year."

"Steve is one of the most knowledgeable Roofing people I've ever met. I've been in the construction industry selling windows and doors for almost 30 years. Steve really was helpful and dealing with the difficult home."

"We have asbestos shingles and another company removed the shingles. Integrity Exterior Solutions contract was to put the new shingles on. I checked into other companies that did both removal and replacement, but it was $1000 less to go with two separate companies. The shingles placed were Owens Corning TruDefinition - color harbor blue. The two companies coordinated well and had the job done in three days all together. They probably could have done it sooner, but there was a delay of about several hours waiting for the shingles to show up. After the asbestos shingles were removed and the new shingles arrived, the team worked fast and stayed until dark. Some cons: afterwards, we did find nails and roofing material in the gutters, flower pots, and in the yard. It was about a bucket full of material. Plus, there was large sheeting material left in the back yard. I know that a construction site can get messy, but the manager did say they would go through the yard and pick up any loose materials. We let the manager know, so he can let his team know and he was apologetic. Therefore the rating of a B."
