After agreeing and scheduling they showed up when promised. The crew did a great job. There is no messing around. They get right to work. They did a great job. Clean up was great. I was so impressed that I ask for an estimate on a smaller, dying tree on our HOA common area. He gave a price and said they could do it right then. So they did. Great job on it as well. "The owner Josh is the actual service provider along with his help. He is not sitting behind a desk while other people do his company's work. He is extremely knowledgable about trees in general and about his craft in particular. He did not care about what neighborhood we lived in when he priced the job - he gave a fair estimate. Having some experience with cutting down smaller trees myself with a chainsaw, I was surprised with other estimates regarding the process. Josh did not try to complicate things in order to drive up the price. Josh is new in running his own business but has work experience with other tree service companies.
