"I got quotes for a hard scape project. The AQ quote came in right on par with other quotes for the same job, but turned out to be way too expensive for me to fund entirely. But Ana and team worked with me to pull off the most crucial portion of the project that I could afford. The result is beautiful - a wonderful parking strip curb made of pavers set in a concrete foundation. The look is outstanding and extraordinary care was taken to shape the pavers around a curve and keep the tops of the pavers level even though the ground was not. Highly recommended."

"We had a large backyard project completed by ND Brick Pavers at the end of 2021 (Jose and Ryan were our main contacts). We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it do"

"The crew at Allscapes NW is professional, friendly and hardworking. They've done multiple projects at our home and all of them been completed in a timely manner and look great. Frank is extremely flexible and reliable. We've had a patio installed, side yard walkway, planting in the front yard and a gazebo installed. He had a few of his guys come out and remove the Gazebo from my truck and place it in my garage until it was able to be installed. They were also able to do a last minute installation of the gazebo so we could use it when our family arrived from out of town. The main reason I like working with Allscapes is because they truly care about the customer and their work. They don't try to nickle and dime you with recommendations and are always willing to make changes before, during and after the project is completed. "Hired to remove large 18 - 25 concrete patio and replace with paver patio. Communication was good leading up to the project. Crew did a great job on the patio. Only negatives were that they did not have the correct dimensions of the patio and I had to correct them twice and had to call the main office. Also, no one identified themselves as the foreman and I had to figure it out when I spotted the mistakes. The whole crew also spoke little English so I was unsure if they were understanding me or not. Kind of uncomfortable when were looking at a $10K+ patio."
