"He tells you one thing and then does another. Told him he hired union concrete guys. Never saw one on the job. Said he was going to charge $50 / hour - then proceeded to charge $120. Then he later decided to change that value later to $125. Even though his original bid did not have that. Claimed he was going to slope so the water would go towards the street. Instead sloped to a catch basin that I now have to clean out when it should have been sloped the other way. I could say more but you get the gist."
