"Hired Manderson (Michael Anderson) for a basement remodel. Work began late February 2018, paid 40% up front. 40% when the job was halfway through. About the time of the second payment Michael and his partner split. I was in the middle of the early morning texting drama, which included mistrust of how money was being handled and spent. Michael collected the second installment, assuring me that the project was on-track and within budget. Then sub-contractors began. The electrician disconnected the blower to my water heater. The blower is required to keep carbon monoxide out of the basement. Other subs started showing up. Michael was sick, so he duplicated my house keys and gave out the alarm code to people without my knowing. A subcontractor put 14 holes in my walls. Another left my garage filthy. The work ground to a halt. One weekend when I was out of town Michael picked up his tools and left. A few days later he sent an email saying he elected to end the project. A huge mess and he left with my money. He said he was out of money and do not contact. I tried to email to try to find a solution, and my messages were unanswered. I suggested mediation which is required before legal action, and again my message was unanswered. I do not want to take legal action, but I am going to have to sue this contractor for poor workmanship."

"Stacie was wonderful to work with. I’m a mom of a toddler with another on the way and I just needed a kick in the butt to get my storage in my garage and my basement worked out! I had a huge block about it and had been “dumping” things in piles for years but in 4 hours Stacie got me through my block with no judgement and a set of helping hands. She also hauled away the trash and donations with her! Which sometimes is also the hardest part somehow about organizing. I will be rehiring Stacie as the need comes up down the road! "

"Kayla has been my saving grace with moving and unpacking. Iâ ve used other companies on prior moves and Kayla is in a league of her own, having earned a special certification in organizing. She can swiftly open boxes, sort, organize things into piles, and then place them in closets, storage containers, cupboards, or shelving. She will take away packing stuff or take things for donation if need be. She will suggest storage solutions for garages, closets, every room. I couldnâ t walk into my pantry, and now itâ s completely organized with clear boxes. The movers dumped the contents of my desk into a big box of chaos, and she patiently sorted through everything (including paper clips) because I was going to lose my mind if I had to do that myself. The rest of my office was scattered about, so she suggested a closet storage unit from IKEA which I got. She then organized everything in my office into the newly â remodeledâ closet in a couple hours, and my office is now manageable. The garage was a nightmare, and she suggested shelving and then unpacked and organized us. Iâ ll be using her again when I tackle my random boxes of Christmas décor so she can help sort and efficiently store after the holidays. She can pack up/unpack an entire house. Or do 1 room. Sheâ s delightful and extremely efficient."

"Treasures in Heaven was an absolute blessing to help move my young adult out of a tough living situation quickly. Dr Launi and her helper were both efficient and hardworking, and being a psychologist also, Dr. Launi was able to work with my kid to choose what to keep and what to get rid of. She is also very good with supporting neurodiverse people, and in this situation that was essential! The team packed up the apartment, took discarded items to the dump, and brought what was to be kept to the new living space…smiling and sharing humor while doing so! I recommend them highly, and believe they would be great working with college kids moving out, seniors downsizing their homes, or busy families that need to revamp and reorganize for better daily life. "The first visit was supposed to be a deep cleaning. One woman came for the same time a normal cleaning would take and did not finish. The basic problem was poor communication. The boss did not pass on information to the woman doing the work and did not explain properly to me."
