My husband had used a sprayer and only put on a single coat at the time. When they pressure washed our house, quite a bit of loose paint came off, down to the bare wood. That meant that the primer paint layer that was needed was more extensive than they had planned. They did a great job making sure the bare wood was all primed, and then painted 2 coats of top quality paint. All the lines are crisp and so professional. We realized after they started that we also wanted to have the deck painted, and they were able to do that too, at a very good price. Stuart and his team met and greatly exceeded our expectations! "Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. "Hector came promptly to see what was needed to repair an overall bad job done two years earlier when a guy replaced our large deck with cable railing. Hector was clear and knowledgeable about what was amiss and how to fix it. Our deck was not tight or square. Hector listened to what we hoped could be improved, examined the situation himself and stated what he and his crew could do to get our deck back in good shape. We had his written quote within hours and then waited for other professionals to bid. Two different men came out and looked thoroughly at our deck and declined to bid. They did not seem to know what to do! Hector did. Within a few days after us accepting his bid Hector and crew came out, worked long and hard and two days later our deck is beautiful and sound. "These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation.
