"We cannot say enough good things about this company!! We were referred to them through our electrician who had worked with them before. From the very first phone call to request service with Diane Davis, the customer service was top notch! Ralph White, sales manager, was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times and based on our yard, needs, and preferences, came up with a beautiful plan for a deck around our above ground pool and also a deck on the back of our home. He was honest about pricing and explained the entire process before it was done. Joe Davis, owner, was very pleasant and professional through the entire process. He went out of his way to research and discuss with his team the best options for us, and was on site whenever needed.. Chris, co owner, was very professional and pleasant. He too was a hard worker and led the team well. He has an amazing eye for detail and kept us informed of any adjustments that needed to be made or if he saw another way, gave us the option. Tommy was one of the hardest contractors we ve worked with. He was on site every single day and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We will be hiring them again for future projects on our home. If you want quality that will last, we highly recommend calling these guys!"

"The projects went very well. Ripwood Customs pressure washed and stained two decks and rebuilt large planter boxes on one deck. Both decks look just beautiful! Ripwood also rescreened my porch and the workmanship for that was excellent. Ripwood showed up on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and were very good about answering any questions and explaining what they were going to do. The quality of work was excellent."

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

"Purchased a deal off of Angie's list for 3 hours of drywall service. Steve came in and repaired the drywall where I had a busted pipe in wall replaced. He also patched three small drywall holes left from previous owner.  Steve did a superior job and I would use again in the future.

Came to the job and then said they couldn't paint the ceiling (after I ran out and bought more paint). 4 hours into the project they said they would have all of the white trim painted by the time they left. Only completed 3/4ths of the white trim."
