How refreshing!!! An honest contractor that stays on the job until completed. Very fair pricing for what we needed done. The bottom of the post had wood rot! On Friday, Emilio came out and looked at the project we needed completed, and gave us an estimate while he was here. He sent us a contract for the work. He said he would be out in three days (Monday) and would probably finish the next day. He would match the paints on the porch and paint it as well. He did exactly what he said he would do!!! The new cedar post looks awesome. The porch screens were put back...intact! He actually did a couple other fixes w"
