"John and Igor from All New Again came to our townhome to assess the need of a French drain system on the property. For the past few years we have experienced excess water puddling on the side of the house. To our surprise, they told us that A French drain would not fix the issue.. Instead they suggested that we raise the elevation of the muddy area so that water drains into the catch basin next to our neighbors home. They said that they did not do this type of work and suggested we contact a landscaper. They were very helpful and answered a bunch of questions in a friendly and helpful manner even though they did not get the job.
