"I am very please with the service I received from Insulation Pro Inc. I was looking to have my attic re insulated due to water damage. They were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They did a thorough inspection, showed all the pictures of the damage and items that needed repair and replacement. "Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

"I scheduled my cleaning through Home Adviser. Later that day R/C Carpet Cleaning called and said that day wasn't available. To their credit they did work me in on the day I requested, but not the time. The service tech was about a half an hour late. He was very nice. As for the job cleaning. I requested furniture be moved, They didn't do that my husband had to move it. The only place the tech pre-clean vacuumed was under a bed. No where else that he cleaned was vacuumed. (I have 3 cats, so vacuuming in necessary). He did do some spot cleaning, but missed most of the pet spots in the living room. He cleaned the carpet so fast that many of the spots didn't come up, and spots where the carpet was soaking wet have stained. When the Tech left he left hair and other debris all over my mat in front of my door, and hair globs all over the carpet. It took my carpet 3 days in dry warm temperatures to dry. I am very dissatisfied with R/C cleaning services. I have my own home steam cleaner and I do a much better job."
