"We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. If you are looking to have a roof replaced or installed I would highly recommend that you consider Three Tree Roofing."

"I hired Lifetime Flat Roofs two separate times for different projects. I worked with Adam and Dominique on my upper deck project and again years later for my Bath House rebuild due to storm damage. I would not hesitate to hire them again to replace my flat roof with IB. Both Adam and Dominique have the knowledge and experience to get the job done with quality results."

"The service was good: came out on the weekend to cover roof which was leaking. The project for the roof took half a day. The gutters were replaced (new) shortly after the reroofing. Cleanup was thorough, even cleaned up residue from previous projects in the process. Vitor was responsive to our concerns and communications."

"Todd and Jim are the coolest roofers ever. I was on a tight schedule to get the roof leak repaired and they were truly a godsend. If you want your roof replaced / repaired you can call any roofer, but if you need a friend who is honest, works hard, and cares for your family & property and happens to know all about roofs, call Emerald State. Winter 2020 the Seattle area was hit by storm after storm with Covid ongoing. Every roofer told me to wait 8 weeks, or replace the entire roof, or simply try someone else. Jim came over the next day and the crew completed the work a week later. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified the problem after flying the drone over my roof for a few minutes. He is super honest with all my options. The day the crew came, we were just hit with another storm the night before, with fallen branches everywhere and 500,000 households lost their power. One crew member's house was hit by a fallen tree - but he made fixing my roof his priority. BOTTOM LINE - I honestly believe this is the type of small business we need to all support. Honest, knowledgeable pros with integrity. Please please consider them before calling the top sponsored result on Google/Yelp. 5 stars but I'll give them all the stars in the universe if I could."

"We had a great experience. Vitor responded to my email faster than any contractor I've ever hired and provided a very competitive bid. We had a lot of work to do outside of replacing our roof, including replacing all our insulation and gutters, and we discovered a lot of challenges once the roof had been removed (ours is an older house that has been a well of surprises over the years!). Vitor and his team worked with us every step of the way. I got a bunch of pictures during the project, which was great since I couldn't get up there to see how it was going. The crew was quick and did great work. I've already recommended them to friends."

"I had a great experience with this company - this is a longer review but the short version is they were wonderful and I would recommend them without hesitation. The longer version: Curtis was extremely responsive when I contacted him regarding a leak both by phone and by coming out the next day to evaluate the issue. They were also able to get the repair done relatively quickly considering my leak showed up the same time everyone else’s did right after our 1st big rain storm of the season. DHT was one of three companies that came out to give me a quote and this inspection was the most thorough; he checked all of the attic spaces in addition to the roof to make sure there were no other leaks that I just hadn’t seen yet. He was also the most respectful when explaining the issues to me, including showing me pictures from his inspection. DHT’s price point was midway between the other two quotes I received. More importantly, one of the companies that came out seemed pretty unconcerned whether or not I excepted their bid, while the other told me I needed an entire roof replacement for multiple “issues.” Neither of the other two companies were thorough enough to check the attic for additional concerns. When I asked Curtis about his thoughts on whether a roof replacement was necessary immediately and/or a good idea right now, he was very clear that there were some issues that needed to be fixed but that the roof could last several years with good maintenance and proactive work. He also was very honest with me when I tried to schedule a service that he thought was not appropriate for this time of year at a potential loss for his own business. Lastly, there were remaining materials after they completed the repair and they left those behind for me so that I would have them if something else came up at no additional cost. Having had my fair share of disappointing contractors, it’s nice to have someone I can refer others to without hesitating. There’s something to be said for a locally owned company that’s seems to be very invested in growing their business through solid work an excellent customer service."

"Super responsive, worked quickly, and well priced. After a problem was identified a few years after install, Eugene stood behind his warranty without any hassle or delay. Solid contractor I would highly recommend."

"Great job from start to finish. Prompt, on the spot estimate with a good price. Great team from Forever Roofing did a quality job replacing our old asphalt roof with new roofing. We were very impressed and highly recommend Sam and his team. They're practical, professional and good to work with. They know what they're doing and get it done right the first time."

"I cannot say enough about Pro Roofing NW! Max is the best! He came out and gave us a thorough estimate and addressed all of our concerns and had solutions for every curveball we through his way. This included installing a cowling for a future wood stove in the roof during its replacement. All the staff I talked with throughout the process were nothing but amazing and kind. Gutter install went without a hitch as well, and the installer was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Wonderful company ran by great people. Highly recommend!!!"

"Three Tree Roofing are professionals with an experienced crew: David, the estimator, who gave me detailed information regarding my choices, carpenters like John who installed new fascia prior to gutters being installed, the roofing crew foreman, Victor, who was meticulous in his crew's roofing work and the office staff who made sure any of my questions or concerns were promptly addressed. I now have a house I am proud to show off. Kudos to Three Tree Roofing."
