She was so patient, she has consistently been patient ever since, she asked if this is what I want and what kind of deadline I had, and took the time to know why I wanted it done. She didn't make me feel shame at all and approached it in several cuts. She made the decision making process easier. She gave me homework in between visits and we worked through it with manageable decisions .She was also very encouraging to help me learn how to do it on my own as well and reinforced my progress. She has a really good skill at being organized herself and not making me feel bad for not being the same way. I can now have friends come over again thanks to her so I highly recommend her ."

"Not terrible, but not the best. Scheduling was difficult to begin with. They said they could only come on a Tuesday or Thursday. I asked a month in advance about the Tuesday before thanksgiving and they seemed to delay responding several weeks. They finally said no one could come that week but could come the thur. before. I took it. Communication was weird over email because the person I was communicating with kept changing. The cleaning: Stairs were left extremely slippery. My brother slipped on thanksgiving and hurt his back...not sure what they polished with but it left a really slippery coating. In the bathroom there were areas that hadn't been touched. Hair and dirt residue behind faucet... smear of soap left on tiles. Stainless steel was left shiny, and carpets were well vacuumed but I had more thorough cleanings prior from other companies. I left a tip and no thank you was left. I don't know...didn't leave me feeling great. But overall decent job."
