"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

Call or stop by our enormous showroom conveniently located in Providence. ALL PRODUCTS ARE ENERGY STAR RATED FOR HIGHEST EFFICIENCY. MOST PRODUCTS CARRY A LIFETIME WARRANTY & WE PROVIDE A 5 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY ON INSTALLED PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT INSTALL INTERIOR DOORS.

I left a message for Bruce only to be called back by his staff to let me know $70 was more important than honoring their agreement. This is something to consider before hiring."
