"Ean helped me plan and installed a walk-in shower in my bathroom to replace a fiberglass molded tub/shower. To make the shower bigger, he knocked out one wall that had shelving removed on the backside, rebuilt the new wall, and installed more plumbing to accommodate the extra space. The second wall was reduced to a half-wall and a door was removed. He dealt with new drywall, reinforcing beams over an open door space while creating the half-wall, installation of new shower and bathroom fixtures, and even did some painting. Shower tile and shower pan was subcontracted out to some very experienced and capable tile persons who were chosen by Ean. Ean is a very personable and easy to talk to. He listens. I asked his opinion about my ideas and he gave me his honest thoughts. He was very agreeable to work with when I would change my mind about something in the plans. He was very aware of leaving a clean workspace each day. Quality of work was excellent. I LOVE my new walk-in shower!!!"

"Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Not only would I hire them again but I have already gotten a quote to do matching railing on my concrete porch steps, which they will do as soon as the materials arrive, and in a few months Iâ ll have them back to retile around my fireplace. I had used no one in the Washington area before, since we moved here from out of state, and I found Stefan through this site. He is probably the most detail oriented contractor that I have ever worked with. The deck was completely rotted through, my siding as well and I had a collapsed chimney and this was the first time I have ever needed to replace any of these items. He walked me through my options both with careful regard to cost and attention to details that I specifically wanted to use in the deck design. We ended up using a mid-grade composite decking with hidden fasteners and metal in wood frame for the exterior railing. It will likely outlast the home itself it is so solid, and it is the perfect size in comparison with the home and with everything complying to our exacting local code. I have gotten so many compliments from everyone who has come over, including the inspector required by my insurance, and my neighbors are thrilled with the new view. In addition to the deck work, he has replaced our outside siding with concrete board as well as completely redoing the inside chimney, fixing plumbing issues as well as electrical work. Everyone he subcontracted with did exemplary work and I trust him implicitly. He completed the work within our budget.
