"We moved into a new home and needed a deck. F&F came and gave us an idea of what would work because of the septic tank location. Jason was very professional and helpful in assisting us with the right decision within budget. Tom, along with Mac, were absolutely professional and kind. The work was done in a timely matter and we now have a deck for many years. They did so well, we extended the deck and added French doors and a bathroom window to our home. I would highly recommend F&F for any deck or outdoor addition! Easy, quick and professional. No extended time frame for completion of work."

"I am super impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from start to finish. Everything was explained in full detail, and all of our options were explained. They were able to match our new roof to our old roof perfectly- and even when the appraiser came to our house he specifically commented on the quality of workmanship on our roof and how impressed he was, and pointed out he different features that polar bear added to our roof that made it such an exceptional job. Oh, we also had them install skylights, and actually doubled our skylight order less than 24 hours before they were set to install, and this was no problem for them at all. Everyone we had contact with from the office to the workers were nothing short of professional and polite, and I certainly have recommended their services to everyone I know who is needing a new roof / skylights or windows."

"Was pleased with their work. There was a delay because the wrong windows came in and they had to be reordered. They kept us appraised of the situation. When the windows came in the second time, they were on site on time and completed the work quickly and professionally, with as little inconvenience to our tenants as possible. They cleaned up afterwards and were completely professional. I would definitely use them again."

"The estimator (in person) was nice and professional and clear about costs and issues. The estimate itself was hundreds less than a more local competitor and much more complete, so I agreed and paid immediately. I had to call some days later to check on the status of the glass, but the overall time from estimate to installation date was as expected. The work itself was efficient and competent, though the employee who did it was uncommunicative to the point of rudeness. Customer service is at least half of all the jobs I've had in my career, and I realize people have bad days. I'm patient, and I tip providers (including this one) as a rule. But who enjoys working with grumps? Also, the replacement of the glass was done in a driveway with no tarp/protection to catch pieces that scatter during the process. I pointed this out, but cleanup efforts were minimal. If there's a next time I'll insist on the tarp. I would consider hiring them again (just barely) due to their competitive pricing, availability and overall work, though I'd be well rested the day of in case grump handling is required."

We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.
